You will notice its beautiful blend of Rajput and Mughal architectural styles. It is best to visit this place early in the morning. That way, you can avoid the heat and crowds. A fun fact is that the Sheesh Mahal in this location has been used as a backdrop in many movies, like Jodha Akbar and Bajirao Mastani.
  • Next, we visit Hawa Mahal. Tourists are always spotted outside this honeycombed Mahal, clicking breathtaking photographs. It has been said that royal women used to watch street life from the windows of Hawal Mahal, unseen by the public.
  • From there, we head to Bapu Bazaar. This is one of the most famous local markets in Jaipur. You will find a wide variety of hand-woven textiles, traditional handicrafts, and more. Try popular street food like kachori, samosa, and ghewar while you are here.
