Itinerary

  • The Jaipur Udaipur Kumbhalgarh tour package starts with your arrival in Jaipur. Our tour representative will pick you up from Jaipur International Airport/ Jaipur Railway Station and drive to the pre-booked hotel.
  • You can do check-in and then refresh yourself from the journey. Then we will begin our sightseeing for the day and visit some famous monuments and heritage sites in Jaipur.
  • Begin with a visit to Amer Fort, which stands on a hilltop location and is regarded for its powerful construction. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and has many palaces, courtyards, painted gates, Mughal gardens and incredible Rajputana architecture.
  • You will be amazed to view the entrance gates, which have intricate artwork and frescoes. The huge courtyards in this fort were the place where the armed forces used to gather and where festivals took place. The private palaces, the Sheesh Mahal, Ganesh Pol, and Jaleb Chowk are the various places worth visiting inside Amer Fort.
  • Now we will visit Jaigarh Fort, and this fort is considered to be stronger than Amer Fort. The main attraction in Jaigarh Fort is the Jaiwana Cannon, which was once considered the largest cannon on wheels in the world. The cannon was made in the metal foundry, which was also situated in this fort.
  • You can view Amer Fort from the top of Jaigarh Fort, and both these forts are connected via underground tunnels and hidden passages. There are massive courtyards in Jaigarh Fort and long corridors. The views of the Aravalli Hills from this fort are truly amazing.
  • After this, you will visit Nahargarh Fort, which is one of the more elegant and artistic kinds of forts in Jaipur. There are art installations inside the fort which lend an artistic look to the fort. You can view a row of suites made by the king for his queens and decorated with fresco paintings.
  • The fort has a stepwell too, and you can go on top of the fort and view the entire landscape of Jaipur like never before.
  • We will now have lunch, and then resume our sightseeing of Jaipur and visit Kanak Vrindavan Garden.
  • This garden has walkways, fountains, Rajasthani architecture, pavilions and a temple. The original plan behind building this garden was to make it look like Vrindavan, the evergreen town and childhood place of Lord Krishna.
  • We will now move on and visit Jal Mahal, and you can view this palace in the middle of Man Sagar Lake. Entry to this palace is only through a ferry boat, but the services have now stopped, so you can only view the palace from a distance.
  • In the evening, we will visit Johari Bazaar, where you can view traditional Rajasthani jewellery items and do a bit of shopping.
  • The visit is also a sort of cultural walking tour, and you can view the arts and crafts items of Jaipur.
  • In case you are hungry, you can drop in at a café or restaurant in this bazaar and relish some Rajasthani street food.
  • After this sightseeing tour of Jaipur, we will return to the hotel, and you can have an overnight stay.

  • Today is another day of sightseeing in Jaipur. We will begin this tour after you have finished your breakfast.
  • Start this tour with the Jaipur City Palace, which is one of the magnificent palace complexes in Jaipur. This enormous palace complex is the true example of Jaipur's heritage architecture.
  • Jaipur City Palace is in the old walled city of Jaipur. It is the name given to a gigantic complex with numerous palaces, courtyards, sculpted monuments, a temple and a museum.
  • All the palaces in this complex are a shining example of Rajasthani architecture, incredible workmanship and artistic finesse. A mere look at these palaces is enough to amaze you with wonder.
  • The museum has a huge collection of paintings, weapons, royal costumes, coins, and a royal collection of antiquities. You can also view artisans working on block-printing technology and creating textiles in the premises.
  • You can visit Jaipur City Palace for around 2-3 hours and then move on to another spectacular monument, which is Hawa Mahal.
  • The outer structure of Hawa Mahal is more famous than the inner palace. The numerous small windows of Hawa Mahal are intricately carved and are called Jharokhas. Their ingenious design and architecture are the reason why this palace is called Hawa Mahal. Their main function was to allow cool air to flow inside and cool the inner chambers, and cool those down even on hot summer days.
  • You can look through these windows, just like the royal women of olden days, who got entertained by the street processions and festivals taking place on the streets below.
  • We will now visit Jantar Mantar, which was the original Indian astronomical observatory. The instruments inside Jantar Mantar may look like huge monuments, but they were used to calculate the position of celestial bodies, forecasts about sunsets, altitudes, and various other purposes.
  • We will now have lunch, and then resume this day’s sightseeing of Jaipur.
  • Albert Hall Museum is our next monument, and this is the very first museum built in Rajasthan. You can view various exhibits here and get to know about the history of Jaipur.
  • Now we will visit the Birla Temple, which is also called the Laxminarayan Temple. The white marble architecture of this temple will overwhelm you with its beauty.
  • In the evening, we will take you on a stroll in the local market, and you can do some shopping here.
  • Then return to the hotel and stay here for the night.

  • According to the Jaipur Udaipur Kumbhalgarh tour package, you will check-out from Jaipur and then proceed to Udaipur.
  • We will make halts along the way and visit two famous pilgrimage places of Rajasthan, which are Ajmer and Pushkar.
  • First visit Ajmer Sharif Dargah and you can pay homage to the shrine of Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti, the revered Sufi saint. The Sufi shrine is considered to be among the holiest of places for Hindus and Muslims.
  • Then visit Adhai din ka Jhonpra, which is one of the oldest remaining monuments in Rajasthan.
  • You can view Ana Sagar Lake, which is a man-made lake in Ajmer. The lake has many pavilions, sculpted with artistic Rajasthani carvings.
  • Then proceed to Pushkar, the holy place for Hindus. We will take you to visit Pushkar Lake, and you can sit by the banks and view the Aravalli Hills landscape.
  • Then visit the Brahma Temple, and you will not find any Brahma temple anywhere in India. The only temple is dedicated to the creator of the Hindu universe, Lord Brahma.
  • After this visit, we will continue on our journey and reach Udaipur. You can check into the hotel and then have an overnight stay.

  • After breakfast, we will explore the popular tourist attractions of Udaipur.
  • Start with Fateh Sagar Lake, and you can sit for some time on the promenade on this lake and view the hills of the Aravallis and the lakeside ambience. If boating is available, then you can enjoy a boat ride and visit Nehru Garden, which is built on one of the islands in the lake.
  • Then visit Maharana Pratap Memorial, which has a huge statue of Maharana Pratap riding on his horse Chetak. You can take photographs and selfies at this monument and enjoy some time at this point.
  • Proceed further and visit Saheliyon ki Bari, which is a garden for the royal ladies of Udaipur. You can walk in the garden and view numerous fountains, Rajasthani pavilions, flowers, trees, and greenery.
  • Then we will take you to a popular restaurant, and you can have lunch here and dine on lip-smacking Rajasthani dishes.
  • Then resume the tour and drive through Sukhadia Circle, where you can view the swan-shaped boats and the lake.
  • Sukhadia Circle is a recreation hub and street food destination in Udaipur, and the evening is the best time to come here.
  • Then visit Bhartiya Lok Kala Museum, and you can view the various dolls, musical instruments, and other artefacts.
  • Now we will visit the Udaipur City Palace, which is a large complex of palaces. It is built on the banks of Lake Pichola and has spectacular architecture and historical value.
  • After you have finished the tour of the palaces, we will reach Lake Pichola, where you can do boating (at your own cost). The boat ride on Lake Pichola is one of the finest experiences in Udaipur.
  • The boat ride will last for around 1 hour, during which you can visit the Jag Niwas Palace and view golden sunsets.
  • Then move further and visit Jagdish Temple, which is a huge temple with spectacular marble architecture and intricate carvings.
